Follow the nine articles below in order to send your first repair plan. Most teams finish the full sequence in one to two sittings.
Pick your path
If you're an org admin
Start with the Secure Share setup.
Connect your CCC ONE account so repairs can flow into Collision Clarity. This is a one-time, admin-only step.
If you're a repair planner
Wait for your admin, then start at QS-1.
Your admin needs to finish QS-0 first. Once that's done, jump straight to Create a Portal and follow the rest of the sequence.
The Quick Start sequence
- 0 Set Up the CCC Secure Share Integration One-time admin setup so repairs can sync from CCC ONE.
- 1 Create a Portal Start a new repair from a CCC Secure Share intake.
- 2 Add Repair Documentation Upload, label, and organize photos, videos, and documents on desktop or mobile.
- 3 Set Up the Repair Plan Build line items and link supporting media to each repair line.
- 4 Fulfill Documentation Requirements Label and link the right items so every requirement counts as fulfilled.
- 7 Share a Repair Externally Send approved repairs to customers, insurers, and OEMs via secure link.
