After creating a portal, set up the repair plan by linking documentation to repair lines. Auto Link can do this in one step for standard documentation; manual linking handles the rest.

Use Auto Link to automatically attach standard documentation to repair lines.

  1. Open the repair and go to the Repair Plan Setup tab.
  2. Select the Auto Link button in the top right header.
Note: Auto Link attaches standard documentation to repair lines based on information found in the repair plan. Always review the resulting links before sending to review; you can add or remove links manually below.
  1. Select the link icon on the right side of the repair plan canvas, on the line you want to link.
  2. Choose the media you wish to attach from the Choose Documentation To Link dialog.
  3. Select the (+) Add button to link it to that line.
  1. Select the checkboxes next to multiple repair line numbers (on the left side of the repair plan canvas).
  2. Select the link icon from one of the selected lines.
  3. Choose the media you wish to attach.
  4. Select the (+) Add button to link it to all selected lines.

Remove Media from Repair Lines

  1. Select the checkbox next to the repair line number(s).
  2. Select the trash can icon in the upper center of the page to remove the linked media from that repair line.

Preview the Repair Plan
