Set Up Your Organization

Required: Before your team can share repairs externally with customers, an admin must set up the CCC Secure Share integration. This is a one-time setup per organization.

Add your repair shop locations, invite team members, and assign the right roles so your team can start working in Collision Clarity.

Before you start: You need the Organization Leader or Admin role to manage locations and team members.

Add a location

  1. Click Locations in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Location in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter the location name, address, and contact information.

  4. Click Save. The new location appears in your locations list.

Invite a team member

  1. Click Team Members in the sidebar. You'll see a list of all current members with their name, email, role, location, and status.

Understand roles

Each role determines what a team member can see and do in Collision Clarity:

Role What they can do
Organization Leader Full access — manage settings, team members, locations, analytics, and all repairs across the organization.
Repair Planner Create portals, edit repairs, upload documentation, and submit repairs for review. Sees a "My Repairs" view.
Location Leader Location-level oversight. Can approve or reject repairs during the review process.
Central Reviewer Review, lock, approve, or reject repairs submitted for review. Cannot create portals or edit repairs.
Basic User Read-only access to assigned repairs. Sees a simplified "My Repairs" view in the sidebar.

Tip: When you invite a Basic User (Technician), set expectations with them — they'll see a simplified interface with read-only access to their assigned repairs.
