Send a Repair to Review

Note: If you're a reviewer evaluating a submitted repair, see Review a Repair instead.

When all required documentation is fulfilled, submit the repair to a reviewer.

Send a Repair to Review

A repair can only be sent to review once all the requirements have been fulfilled. See Fulfill Documentation Requirements.

Step 1: Click Send to Review

  1. Open the repair.
  2. Select the Send to Review button in the upper right header.


Step 2: Wait for the Reviewer's Decision

The repair will move into the Needs Review status. A reviewer in your organization will then evaluate it.

Note: If a reviewer rejects your repair, the repair moves to Insufficient Evidence with feedback attached. Open the repair, review the feedback, address the missing media or links per Add Repair Documentation and Set Up the Repair Plan, then click Send to Review again.

What's next?

Once approved, the repair moves to Ready to Send and can be shared externally.
