Use the All Repairs Dashboard
Find, filter, and manage all repairs across your organization from the All Repairs dashboard.
Steps

Click All Repairs in the sidebar. You'll see a count of active repairs at the top and a row of status tabs below.

- Filter by status — Click any tab to view repairs in that status: In Progress, Needs Review, Insufficient Evidence, Ready to Send, Portal Sent, or Archived.
- Filter by location — Use the All Locations dropdown to narrow repairs to a specific shop.

Search — Use the search field to find repairs by VIN, RO number, customer name, or vehicle make/model.
Open a repair — Click any repair card to go to its detail page. Each card shows:
- RO number
- Date created
- Customer name
- Vehicle (year, make, model)
- VIN
- Total amount

Featured image (if one has been set)

- Use Previous and Next at the bottom to navigate between pages of repairs.
Tip: Repair Planners also have a My Repairs view in the sidebar that shows only repairs assigned to them.
