Use the All Repairs Dashboard

Find, filter, and manage all repairs across your organization from the All Repairs dashboard.

Steps

  1. Click All Repairs in the sidebar. You'll see a count of active repairs at the top and a row of status tabs below.

  2. Filter by status — Click any tab to view repairs in that status: In Progress, Needs Review, Insufficient Evidence, Ready to Send, Portal Sent, or Archived.
  3. Filter by location — Use the All Locations dropdown to narrow repairs to a specific shop.
  4. Search — Use the search field to find repairs by VIN, RO number, customer name, or vehicle make/model.

    Open a repair — Click any repair card to go to its detail page. Each card shows:

    • RO number
    • Date created
    • Customer name
    • Vehicle (year, make, model)
    • VIN
    • Total amount
    • Featured image (if one has been set)

  5. Use Previous and Next at the bottom to navigate between pages of repairs.

Tip: Repair Planners also have a My Repairs view in the sidebar that shows only repairs assigned to them.
