Share Tab
This update brings a new Share tab for sharing repairs, and much faster pages across the app.
A new Share tab for sharing repairs
Sharing a repair used to happen in a small pop-up. It now has its own Share tab on the repair page. The tab appears once a repair is approved and ready to send, the same as sharing before.
- Send the repair to several people at once. Each person gets their own private link.
- See the status of every link in the Shared with list: sent, viewed, replied, bounced, or revoked.
- Revoke any link at any time. Revoking one person's access doesn't affect anyone else's.
- Save a recipient as a contact to reuse on future repairs, or send to an email address as a one-off.
- The Activity panel shows who received the repair and when they viewed it.
- When someone replies, one click takes you to that conversation in your inbox.
Sharing photos from the Repair Documentation tab works the same as before; the media you select carries into the composer.

Document previews and Deep Links in share emails
When you share documentation, the email your recipient receives now includes a preview of each document and a View in portal link that opens that exact item. Following a link lands in a viewer showing only the documents you highlighted, so recipients don't have to dig through the rest of the repair.
Faster repair pages
Repair pages now open much faster. In our testing they loaded nearly four times faster, with the biggest gains on repairs carrying a lot of photos and documents. The repair list is quicker too.
Edit your Pre-Repair Documentation checklist in Settings
Organization Leaders can now add, rename, disable, or delete items on the Pre-Repair Documentation list yourself, in Settings. The checklist on every repair updates immediately for the whole team.
Shop and estimator license information on repair documentation
Repair documentation now shows your shop's Federal ID, State ID, and License Number, along with the estimator's license number and your full shop address. These appear on both internal and shared documentation, and only when a value exists.
Packages always use the current repair plan
Generated PDF packages now always include the latest version of your repair plan, even if the plan changed after the repair was created. This happens automatically the next time you build a package.
More MOTOR procedure pages link automatically
Highlighted MOTOR procedure pages attach themselves to the line items that call for them. We've expanded the set of covered procedures, so more of your line items now come with their supporting documentation already linked, with no manual work.
Other improvements
- The mobile documentation checklist now matches desktop.
- Photos uploaded to "Mileage/Dash" now correctly complete their checklist item.
- "Link more documents" opens on the All view, so a stray tap can't unlink a document you already attached.
- The desktop sidebar pushes page content aside instead of covering it, and mobile navigation is cleaned up.
